Now, I'm no stranger to training, but let me tell you, her breathwork was the magic I didn’t know I needed. From helping with my recovery to giving my VO2 Max a proper boost, Ash’s guidance was a game-changer.
She’s great 1 on 1 or in a group scenario . Earlier this year , a few of us ladies swam the Busselton Jetty swim and we found ourselves a bit nervous about 50 m into the swim !! There’s Ash, cool as you like, leading us through this humming breathing technique that somehow managed to settle the whole group. Not only did she help us stay calm, but she kept us laughing too . Honestly , the woman could calm a bull in a china shop.
If you’re serious about your training, or even if you’re just a nervous wreck on a regular basis , you won’t find a better breath coach to get you through.
